1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website `icthealth.com`, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, system architectures, and software modules referenced herein — including HINAI, HINAI Web, HINAI EHR, HINAI PAS, HINAI Lab, HINAI Medics and HINAI ImageNet — are the proprietary intellectual property of ICT Health Technology Services India Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

3. Enterprise Software Licensing

Commercial utilization of the HINAI Hospital Information System is governed strictly by separate, bilateral Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and End User License Agreements (EULAs) executed between ICT Health and authorized healthcare client entities.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, without prejudice to regional operating contracts governed under UAE or Oman legal statutes.
